J&J Inshore Charters, LLC is owned and operated by Captain Jacob R. Frick.

Capt. Frick obtained his USCG Captain's license in October 2009. Captain Frick grew up near Lake Murray where he chased after freshwater species and honed his early fishing skills. Capt. Frick moved to the saltwater in 2002 and soon found a passion for the saltwater fishing experience and took a job with Bass Pro Shops in 2004. Working at the Bass Pro Shops opened the door to a much broader knowledge of the fishing world. Capt. Frick continued to build on his skills as a saltwater angler, gaining knowledge in knot tying, rigging, technique and backwater creek locations. Capt. Frick started taking co-workers, associates, and supervisors to these locations having some very successful fishing trips. Capt. Frick's immediate supervisor, Capt. Jerry Townsend, planted the seed for J&J Inshore Charters, LLC to be born. Capt. Frick has been fishing the backwater creeks and nearshore waters for 14 years, successfully landing flounder, trout, red drum, black drum, spanish mackerel, and king mackerel. Captain Frick is now ready to share these experiences with you in the hopes that great memories will be made with your family and friends.
